At Dessange we take pride in hygiene. Your wellness is of
utmost importance to us. Each robe is sanitized and individually sealed
for your personal use. All hairbrushes are cleaned, disinfected and
individually wrapped between each use. Combs and scissors are sanitized
for each client. The shampoo basin is sanitized before you recline into
the sink. These extra steps are taken to make sure your visit is very
relaxing and pleasing.
Your satisfaction is extremely important to the Dessange team.
Should you not be satisfied with your service or products, please let
us know within ten days of your visit. Retail products can be refunded
for replacement or salon/spa credit when accompanied by original receipt
and within 10 days of purchase. No refund for services will be rendered,
but we will do our best to correct the service to meet your expectations.
A professional consultation before any of our services is always complimentary.
We sincerely appreciate a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation.
Cancellations for Japanese Thermal Hair Straightening or Hair Extensions
without 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service fee, and a
no-show will result in 100% of the service fee. A credit card number will
be taken at time of booking to secure your appointment.
Methods of payment accepted include; cash, check, Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover and bank debit card. Gratuities by cash or
check only please. A returned check fee of $25 will be charged for any
returned checks.
Gift certificates are available for any individual services, spa packages
or in any denomination. Gift certificate and Series purchases are transferable
but not refundable, they may be used in increments and expire six (6) months from
date of purchase.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to any spa service to allow for a
leisurely check-in and ample changing time. As a courtesy to our other guests,
please be kind and turn off cell phones and paging devices when visiting the spa.
